Chairman Harry Gale welcomes all and the pledge of allegiance is taken.

Secretary's report given by Dave Roark-motion to accept by Steve Cunningham and second by Dennis Vinci.Motion passes.

Treasurer's report given by Chris Vinci- current balance is $167.63. We will be needing to send a payment of $100 to Newmont vending for the last payment.Motion by Jay Flanders and second by Tom Howard. Motion passses. Coffee machine has been returned.

Motion to pay for the breakfast at One Mile West. Motion by Bill Walsh and second by Steve Cunningham, motion passes. Motion to accept report by Harry Gale and second by Ernie Bridge, this motion passes also.

State Senator Report by State Sen. Bob Odell-He attended the dedication of the Lempster Windmill Project, then traveled with Governor Lynch, U.S. Senator Shaheen and Governor's counselor Ray Burton to the Mill District on Water St. in Claremont, for that dedication. He is on the committee of conference to finalize the state budget.The House will vote on Wednesday as HB-1 and HB-2 then it goes to the senate for their vote.

House report by Beverly Rodeshin- She has had calls from campers and the increased rooms and meals tax. Boat fees have doubled in the last six years. Many other fees have increased including auto registrations. Beverly congratulates Margret Drye on the graduation from The Vesta Roy Program of N.H. Republicans.

Events Report given by Dennis Vinci- he has researched with local activists on possible events and has printed up a flyer on the golf classic possibility.

Harry thanks the state chair for his visit and speech at last the county Republican meeting. He notes that he had to unfortunately had to miss the executive committee meeting.

Candidate Recruitment Report given by Ernie Bridge - We have a half a dozen people committed to sign up.

Senator Odel introduces executive councilor Ray Burton. Ray Burton is always very active and was all over the county yesterday.

Ray Burton has been elected to 31 years with the governor's council. I only missed one vote due to the weather on the airlines. We confirm appointments from Governor.We hold hearings on state transportation issues on public transportation methods (air, rail and highway). Ray, hands out his handy phone list of contact information and also other printed reports. He speaks of state properties that have been recent issues. He is looking for a person to fill a seat on the liquor commission and the University System Board. Ray will announce his re-election on January 30th for his Executive Council seat. He encourages everyone to run for office and be involved. He states that all counties in his district, there is active republicans working hard.

Beverly has a question on state parks to Senator Odell and Executive Councilor Ray Burton on how to get the report available. Bill Walsh asks a question about parks going back to the heirs and the family of park origins. Beverly asks a question on judges within budget. State Senator Odell adds in also, that some of the courts that are in consideration for consolidation are in a study committee, so there won't be any changes for a year. Bill Walsh asks of the future of Kelly Ayotte. Harry Gale asks a question on veteran issues within the state.

New Business-Beverly states hearing is monday on county budget.It is proposed with no property tax increase. Public hearing is Friday at Claremont Tech. School on South St. Both Beverly and Tom Howard thank Joe Osgood for the process and results. Joe Osgood talks about deleting out the deficit. Both, Beverly and Joe were on the county finance committee on the budget.
